Training Description: Target Planning is a collaborative method to develop and manage a project schedule, utilizing the Last Planner® System. It is a holistic system that engages the last planners – the people ultimately responsible for getting work done – in the planning and efficient execution of a project. As an overview of the Last Planner® System, participants will learn the essentials, how to participate in, and assess, the collaborative planning process on your projects. Participants will take-away the right questions to ask and be given the tools to have Conversations for action with your team.
