Join AACE SF on 2/2/21 at 12PM PST for an amazing presentation from our speaker, Dr. Nour Bouhou, PSP and Hossam Kandeel PMP, EVP, CRA, RMP, SP, CIPM, ASCE-CMP.

Webinar Description: Construction projects often experience schedule delays. Schedule delay experts often bear the burden of selecting the appropriate delay methodology to analyze and quantify schedule delays. However, selecting the most adequate methodology remains a subject of controversy. This webinar will walk through the different delay methodologies outlined in AACE RP 29R-03 and highlight the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. While the industry seems to hold that dynamic methods are better suited for complex projects with longer performance periods, some experts hold that static methods can be used for simple projects with short performance periods for cost efficiency purposes. The speakers will share their experience on how and why to select a delay method and will highlight major American court rulings related to dynamic schedule delay methods.
